PAYMENT METHODS:
We currently accept money orders or personal checks.
We will ship out the item as soon as the check clears (typically
5-7 business days). At our Jewelry
Shows, credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and
Discover.
SALES
TAX
At the current time, residents of Massachusetts have to pay
a sales tax of 6.25%.
AVAILABILITY
There is usually only one of each item on our pages available. If
you are interested in purchasing more than one of a particular
item, please e-mail me at info@springlinesjewelry.com. If
I have the same beads, I can always make another one. If
there are details regarding a particular design that is not
in the description or noted in the item picture, please feel
free to e-mail me for any specifics.
ONE-OF-A-KIND
Slight
imperfections and irregularities can be noted in some gemstones
and handcrafted beads, which are one-of-a-kind items. Please
do not consider these defects in craftsmanship.

Shipping is free if your order consists of only gift
certificates.
The above rates apply to one parcel. If you need to
ship to two or more addresses, the above rates apply for
each parcel.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
If your order consists only of gift certificates, shipping
is free. If you would like us to mail it to the intended
gift recipient, please indicate the Ship To address on the
order form.
RETURNS POLICY
We take pride in our work. Every effort is made to inspect
our items for quality and durability. However, if your
item doesn’t fit, doesn’t match, breaks, or doesn’t
meet your expectations, we will be happy to refund you 100%
of the price of the item + sales tax within 30 days of receipt.
REPAIRS
If you wish us to repair it, we will be glad to do that also—again,
within 30 days of receipt.
Return Requirements:
- Items to be returned must include a copy of a confirmation
e-mail from us with the packaged return.
- The return must be properly packaged and insured. We
cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected
returns.
- At the time of our receipt of the returned item, if
you paid by money order or by check and the check has cleared,
we will issue you a credit by check.
